Capel Group today announces a significant expansion of its global agency network, welcoming the teams from Open Communication Group, Saliō Sonic Strategy, and One Fine Day. This milestone marks a natural evolution for Capel Group as it establishes its first physical footprints in continental Europe and Africa, with new operational hubs in Copenhagen and Cape Town.


By expanding its geographic reach and range of capabilities, the network unlocks the collective advantage of independent agencies, offering clients worldwide a single, centrally accessed entry point to world-class talent. Introducing New Agencies and Talent Joining Capel Group

  1. Open Communication Group joins the global agency network to anchor a core capability in internal communication and employee engagement. Led by Kristina Palitzsch Malther, Peter Braasch and Bo Bregnholt, the team helps organisations make sense of change. They bridge the gap between brand and organisation, turning strategic intent into clear communication and real behavioural change. With a strong foundation in strategy, creativity and digital, Open supports organisations in building clarity, engagement and lasting change across markets and cultures.

  2. Saliō Sonic Strategy is spearheaded by industry pioneers Ralph van Dijk and Ramesh Sathiah (previously founders of Resonance Sonic Branding). As global experts who helped pioneer the concept of sonic branding, they bring an entirely new sensory dimension to Capel Group. Their expertise enables brands to craft distinct, unified audio identities across digital, retail, and broadcast touchpoints.

  3. One Fine Day (OFD), led by Kevin Gill, is a specialist consultancy creating immersive retail and brand experiences for global sports and sports fashion brands. Kevin and his team design experience-led commercial environments for category leaders and multi-brand retailers to drive customer engagement and growth.
