AI agency, Time Under Tension, announces a slew of new client wins, including retailers, Miele and Early Settler plus automotive parts manufacturer and distributor, Amotiv

The appointments were all secured following competitive pitches and reflect a growing demand from clients looking to move beyond AI roadmaps and pilots towards enterprise adoption, custom AI agents and workflow automation, that improve efficiency, customer experience and marketing performance.

Time Under Tension's remit across these new clients includes AI adoption programs, ChatGPT Enterprise implementation, custom AI agent development, consulting, training and software delivery.

Time Under Tension’s Co-founder Tim O'Neill said clients were increasingly looking for partners who could deliver both organisational change and technical implementation.

O’Neill said:

"AI adoption has moved from a nice-to-have to a competitive necessity. The brands succeeding right now are the ones pairing genuine change management with real technical delivery, not just switching on a tool and hoping staff figure it out."
"Clients don't want another roadmap sitting in a drawer. They want AI that help their teams create content faster, improves access to knowledge, automates repetitive tasks and delivers better customer experiences from day one."
"And this is where Time Under Tension shines"

Craig McKeown, CEO, Early Settler said:

"Time Under Tension stood out because they could truly help us embed AI across our business while also building the solutions we actually need. It isn't just about strategy it’s about delivering something our teams can start using quickly and confidently."

Founded in early 2023 as Australia's first generative AI experience agency, Time Under Tension’s OpenAI Services Partnership, enables the agency to combine AI adoption, training and governance with technical delivery of enterprise AI solutions and custom AI agents.

The agency has also recently added Peak, a proprietary AI-powered SaaS platform for marketing teams, to its product offering.
