Bec Stott

A nationally recognised philanthropy and fundraising leader, currently serving as General Manager of Philanthropy at Anglicare WA. With more than 20 years of experience across health, community services and peak sector organisations - including Perth Children’s Hospital Foundation, Ronald McDonald House Charities WA, and voluntary positions with the Fundraising Institute Australia - Bec brings a practical and values-driven lens to reimagining the role of philanthropy in times of disruption.

Bec’s work focuses on reimagining fundraising and partnerships to respond to complex, interconnected social challenges, including housing insecurity, poverty and family violence. She is known for championing ethical, community led approaches that reclaim trust, power and purpose in philanthropy, as well as leading teams and partners through periods of uncertainty and change.

Her leadership and impact have been recognised through multiple sector honours, including FIA Fundraiser of the Year (2026), FIA WA Young Fundraiser of the Year, Fundraising & Philanthropy’s Mover and Shaker (2025), FIA Team of the year and Fellowship of the Fundraising Institute of Australia.

As a speaker, Bec is candid, reflective and future focused. She invites fundraisers, funders and leaders to rebuild systems, relationships and cultures that are resilient, human and fit for what comes next, positioning philanthropy not just as a response to crisis, but as a force for long term transformation.
