Nature secures dual agency of the year honours as multidisciplinary model gains industry recognition

Leading strategic advisory firm Nature today announced a landmark awards season, achieving a three-peat as The Research Society’s Research Organisation of the Year and being named B&T Research Agency of the Year. The results reflect the firm’s continued transformation from a research agency to a multidisciplinary advisory business.
Nature was also recognised for client impact, receiving the Research Effectiveness – Consumer Insights Award for its “Mini Makeover” project with Asahi Lifestyle Beverages.
Recognition follows year of capability expansion
B&T captured the shift underway at Nature, noting that the firm “enters this year not as the same agency that last won Research Agency of the Year in 2020, but as a significantly expanded, evolved and future-focused strategic advisory business.”
In 2025, Nature made focused investments across four core areas of its advisory model:
Qualitative and Behavioural Science: A senior team now leads human-centred insight and behavioural understanding, strengthening creativity and depth across client engagements.
Strategy and Cultural Intelligence: A dedicated unit now supports clients navigating cultural change, identity shifts and strategic growth challenges.
AI Centre of Excellence: The appointment of a Head of AI has expanded the role of technology across the insight journey, enhancing precision, speed and creative potential.
National Growth: Strengthening of teams across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane has deepened Nature’s presence and connection with diverse communities.
Culture remains central to performance
Nature reports that organisational culture has been a defining contributor to this year’s outcomes, citing team growth, new talent joining the business and continued learning and development efforts across offices.
Looking ahead
Approaching its 20th year, Nature remains focused on setting a benchmark for advisory excellence and delivering evidence-based advice that supports confident decision-making. The firm expects continued momentum into 2026 as its multidisciplinary model further embeds.
