The new appointments and Nature's expansion come as demand rises for multidisciplinary advisory expertise.

Leading strategic advisory firm Nature today announced ten new appointments across its Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney offices, taking the total new hires in 2025 to more than twenty – the largest expansion in the firm’s history.

The milestone reflects Nature’s evolution from a research agency to a multidisciplinary advisory firm, driven by growing client demand for integrated expertise. The new hires bring experience across quantitative research, behavioural science, qualitative research, marketing science and cultural intelligence, strengthening capability across all levels of the business.

“Clients are increasingly looking for evidence-based advice they can trust, and our investment in talent reflects that demand. To have welcomed so many new colleagues prove both the strength of our culture and the confidence the market has in our model,”

said Chris Crook, Founder and Managing Partner.

Growing Senior Expertise

Nature has continued to add depth across its consulting and strategy practices.

  • Haydn Russell has been appointed Senior Associate Director, following roles at McCann and Kantar in both the UK and Melbourne.

  • Abbey McDonald has returned to Nature as an Associate Director after three and a half years with PA Consulting in the UK.

  • Jesse Ball joins as an Associate Director after more than four years with Fiftyfive5.

  • Lisa Vo joins from Ipsos as a Senior Consultant in Melbourne, adding further quantitative strength.

Qualitative Practice Scales at Pace

Growth has continued for Nature’s qualitative practice, led by Christine O’Keefe. In less than a year, the team has scaled to eight specialists, cementing qualitative as a core pillar of Nature’s offering.

  • Max Dignam is joining O'keefe's team as a Senior Consultant, bringing experience from Quantum and T Garage.

  • Josie Biggs, who previously worked alongside O’Keefe at Neighbourhood Strategy, has come on board as a Consultant.

  • Kat Mai, who began her career at Forethought, has also joined the qualitative team as a Consultant, further strengthening its cultural and human insight capability.

Expanding the National Consulting Team

Beyond qualitative;

  • Lucy Green from Ipsos, joins the Melbourne team as a Consulttant.

  • Patrick Woods from IER also joins the Melbourne team as a Consultant.

  • Raveen Herath has been appointed as an Analyst, bringing experience from Forethought.

Together, these additions broaden and deepen Nature’s national consulting bench and reflect the strength of demand for evidence-based advisory services.
