Savi Communications takes Melbourne design ethos to Canadian market

Integrated marketing agency, Savi Communications (Savi), has proven its capacity to deliver on international accounts with its maiden international client in North Vancouver, Canada.

The South Melbourne based agency was approached by award-winning Canadian based Cressey Development Group after previous works completed by Savi were scouted from afar.


Savi was appointed to create a brand for the already named Century project, a multi-tower build-to-rent development in the sought after Central Lonsdale location in North Vancouver.


Cressey’s development replaces approximately 100 rental units with over 280 one, two and three bedroom apartments and over 16,000sqft of indoor and outdoor amenities across all three buildings.


Savi Founder and Director, Michelle Savona, says the agency was initially approached in January and given a tight timeframe to roll out the brand for Cressey to capitalise on the market demand.


"The site originally held around one hundred rental units, and at the time the city had an incredibly low vacancy rate, so naturally they wanted to get into market quite quickly with available homes to meet demand."

Cressey has advised the project has been extremely well received with strong pre-leasing results to date. The first residents are expected to move in this August.


Savona says the marketing material developed by Savi has also had a positive impact with fresh eyes leading to a new standard in real estate marketing in Canada.
